Pictorialist Group Shoot - Norwich Past and Future

  • TheForum Millennium Plain Norwich, Norfolk, NR2 1TF United Kingdom (map)

Norwich Past and Future

On Saturday 11th December at 10 am we will gather in Norwich outside the Forum for a photo walk with the aim of representing the city as it existed in the past or perhaps the future, but really just an excuse to make creative images of Norwich.

We plan to follow walk C in the Norwich Nooks and Crannies guide that can be downloaded here.

Members can start at either end but after an hour, at 11:15 am, we will meet half way at point 43, Anchor Quay and discuss the images we’ve made. We will then carry on and meet at 12:30 back at the Forum where those members who would like to can find a cafe for some lunch.

About the Pictorialist Group

The group embraces a wide range of experimental and craft based techniques including paper making, wet photographic processes, infra-red; x-ray; vintage equipment and lenses, alternative lenses, and alternatives to lenses, such as pinholes or even alternatives to conventional cameras!

All in the interests of creating something beautiful, interesting or both.

Please remember, our group can only be as good as the input made by its members so if you are willing to organise or lead any kind of event that you think will be of interest to members, please step forward. Please don’t be shy – all offers of help will be greatly appreciated…!
