A Pictorialist Group Shoot at the Blickling Estate.

On Saturday 14th October we will meet outside the Muddy Boots cafe, near the car park at 11:00 am. At 1:00pm we will meet back at the cafe for a spot of lunch and to compare notes.

As well as being a beautiful estate with a pyramid mausoleum and prospect tower with a variety of walks, it is home to a magnificent Jacobean mansion and formal gardens.

The Norfolk Craft Guild are due to have an “Exhibition in The Loft” while we’re there with items for sale

The entry cost to the house and gardens is £15 and a £5 car parking charge, no charges if you’re a National Trust member. Walks around the extensive estate are free to visitors.

There is an NDPS charge to attend the shoot of £1.00 payable to the event leader on the day

About the Pictorialist Group

The group embraces a wide range of experimental and craft based techniques including paper making, wet photographic processes, infra-red; x-ray; vintage equipment and lenses, alternative lenses, and alternatives to lenses, such as pinholes or even alternatives to conventional cameras! 

All in the interests of creating something beautiful, interesting or both.
