Pictorialist Group Shoot - Waterloo Park

A Pictorialist Group Shoot at Norwich's Waterloo Park

On Saturday 11th March at 10:00 am we will gather outside the pavilion in Waterloo Park.

Waterloo Park is one of four formal parks built in Norwich in the 1930s and designed by Captain Sandys-Winsch. It has one of the largest herbaceous borders in the UK and structures of architectural interest.

We'll explore the park, looking at the architecture, structure and framing in the park before meeting in the Feed cafe in the pavilion for some lunch at 12:30pm.

Please remember to bring along £1 for club insurance.

Please note:
Don’t forget to check the arrangements before setting out if there has been extreme weather overnight.

About the Pictorialist Group

The group embraces a wide range of experimental and craft based techniques including paper making, wet photographic processes, infra-red; x-ray; vintage equipment and lenses, alternative lenses, and alternatives to lenses, such as pinholes or even alternatives to conventional cameras!

All in the interests of creating something beautiful, interesting or both.

Please remember, our group can only be as good as the input made by its members so if you are willing to organise or lead any kind of event that you think will be of interest to members, please step forward. Please don’t be shy – all offers of help will be greatly appreciated…!
