Norwich & District Photographic Society are working with Alan Lyall the owner of the Dairy Barn Studio in Beccles to hold an all day shoot for members of the Studio Group on Sunday 15th August 2021.

We are currently collaborating to choose and book a model and if necessary make-up artist for the day and these details will hopefully be confirmed in the next day or so.  However, we have decided to advertise the event now because we know there will be a high demand for places.

INFORMATION UPDATE:

Our Model will be Isobel Henry (image below is from her last shoot at Dairy Barn ) and the MUA will be Rebecca Morello.- Isobel's mother who runs a vintage clothing business is also likely to attend the shoot.

During the day there will be six one hour sessions during the day (three in the morning and three in the afternoon) that will be allocated exclusively to just two photographers.  At the end of each hour there will be a ten-minute rest break to allow the model to take a breather and get ready for the next two photographers to start their session.

In the middle of the day, we shall have a half hour break again to let the model have a rest and to get ready for the afternoon sessions.

Session 1              10:00am to 11:00am

Session 2              11:10am to 12:10pm

Session 3              12:30pm  to 1:30pm

BREAK                   1:30pm to 2:00pm

Session 4              2:00pm to 3:00pm

Session 5              3:10pm to 4:10pm

Session 6              4:20pm  to 5:20pm

Throughout the day we shall also keep the number of people in the studio to a minimum.  Therefore, each photographer will be allowed entry fifteen minutes before their session and will be expected  soon after it finishes.

The cost of participation is £25each, payable by bank transfer to the Society by Wednesday 11th August.  Account details will be sent to each participant once they have a confirmed reservation to allow them to pay their fee.
