Pictorialist Group Shoot - East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden

  • East Ruston Old Vicarage, East Ruston Norfolk, NR12 9HN United Kingdom (map)

A Pictorialist Group Shoot at East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden

On Saturday 11th May at 12:00 we will gather outside the entrance to East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden

It is a 32 acre garden containing a wide variety of planting, each in its own garden room and micro climate with varied and interesting planting. According to the website, that includes “herbaceous borders, gravel gardens, sub-tropical gardens, a box parterre, sunken rose garden, Mediterranean garden, Desert Wash and a large woodland garden”. That doesn’t begin to do it justice though, it’s a unique experience with some interesting views through the garden to the Norfolk landscape.

We will explore the gardens and meet up in the Tea Garden near the entrance at 1:30 to swap notes and have some lunch, either bring a packed lunch or buy something from one of the tea rooms.

The website can be found here https://eastrustonoldvicarage.co.uk and a map of the gardens here https://eastrustonoldvicarage.co.uk/gardens

The entry cost is £13.

There is an NDPS charge to attend the shoot of £1.00 payable to the event leader on the day

Please note:
Don’t forget to check the arrangements before setting out if there has been extreme weather overnight.
