ZOOM MEETING

As an alternative to an Annual General Meeting this eGeneral Meeting is being held:

1) To receive the officers’ report for the 2020-2021 Season

2) To consider the way forward in the coming months as the restrictions imposed by the UK Government due to the coronavirus pandemic continue to ease

3) To accept the Officers proposals for forthcoming subscriptions

Full details of the agenda will be sent out via email not later than 21st June 2021 by the Secretary.

Currently, Tuesday 16th November 2021 has been reserved for an Extraordinary General Meeting by which time it is hoped members will again be able to meet face to face.

This meeting will be held online and a link to join the zoom meeting will be emailed to all member of the Sociey beforehand.
