Colours, Tones and Textures - a new talk by Ruth Grindrod

  • Norwich & District Photographic Society Norwich, (online meeting) United Kingdom (map)

ZOOM MEETING

Norwich & District Photographic Society are grateful to Ruth Grinrod, the awarding winning photography for deciding to deliver the debut her latest talk about landscape photography to the Society’s Members.

"Colour, tones and textures is a new talk added to Ruth's portfolio of talks and the NDPS is the first club to see and hear it.  The talk focuses on how Ruth captures the landscape in its many forms, looking at colour, tone and texture, both contrasting and complementary.  She shows a variety of her images and explains how and why they have been captured and processed as they have.  The talk seeks to inform and inspire others to go beyond just capturing a pleasant or dramatic scene to looking beyond the obvious, so that the final image evokes the atmosphere and emotion of the scene. "

Special Presentation are free for members of the Society to attend and the link to join the meeting will be sent out in an email in good time to all members.

Non-members of the Society can attend this presentation by purchasing a Guest ticket which are available only through our booking agent Eventbrite UK using the link below. Ruth is a very popular speaker and we expect that as on other occasions when she has spoken at NDPS there will be a huge demand for guest tickets - early purchase is therefore strongly advised to avoid disappointment.
