First Virtual Meeting of the Society

  • Norwich & District Photographic Society meets at The Methodist Church Hall, Chapelfield Road, Norwich NR2 1SD United Kingdom (map)

With normal meetings of the Society suspended for the foreseeable future due to the government backing a policy of self-isolation to tackle the spread of the coronavirus the recently formed In Focus sub-committee has been deciding how to keep members connected during these difficult times.
Besides the regular messages and newsletters that have gone out (and will continue to be sent out) to each member an alternative programme of virtual meetings has been produced until the end of the current season.

Tonight is our first Virtual Meeting and is an opportunity to catch up with other members and to find out what is going on.

During the afternoon before each meeting each member will receive an email that contains a link for them to join the meeting.

Tonight should have been one of evenings throughout the season when we focus on either a photographic activity, something practical or understanding or improving our knowledge of a technique - NDPS member Graeme Taplin was to talk to us all about his experience of drone photography but hopefully Graeme will be able to this another time..
